I chose RR6 because the teachers are great. It was a natural move as the environment was familiar, and I knew the results were excellent. I had such a good experience studying for my GCSE's here and really enjoyed the style of teaching I received.

Maths, Further Maths and Physics
What do you enjoy most about your studies?
The teachers are friendly and approachable, and they really know their stuff. There are high expectations that do challenge us but I feel confident asking for help. There's a really inclusive environment and as students we all get along.
What do you plan to do in the future after RR6?
I want to study Maths at Uni and ideally stay in academia.
Alex
I chose RR6 because my experience while in the main school was so positive, it made this my number one choice; Other factors, such as the schools reputation, that the school has so much to offer and that I was able to study subjects I wanted played a key part in my choice. RR6 offers lots of opportunities for future learning and support, and finally the extracurricular activities and trips which have helped me develop.

What do you enjoy most about your studies?
The general engagement with classmates and teachers in lessons creates an atmosphere of support and the subjects are taught very well.
What do you plan to do in the future after RR6?
I want to go to university. I'm currently thinking of a joint degree in English and Economics.
Douglas
I chose RR6 because I know my teachers and the teaching quality. They had supported me during my GCSE's and with A-levels there is so much content, I knew the teachers would be supportive and push me. It was also about the community, I knew so many students from GCSE and in RR6 this continued. It was even easier to make more friends as we had so much in common.

Maths, History, and Politics
What do you enjoy most about your studies?
Probably, the specific modules we study, I find them really interesting. There were so many things I didn't know before, such as the history of Middle East. I now have much more knowledge and can talk about many of the topics more confidently and at length. Studying topics in the level of depth that A level offers with the additional challenge has been so enjoyable.
What do you plan to do in the future after RR6?
Hopefully, university to study archeology as I've always loved it and this has been really fostered here.

The lessons are really enjoyable.

I want to study law at university.

I chose RR6 because the teachers are great, I knew a lot of them and i knew that I would get a good teaching, it was a natural progression of my school journey

What do you enjoy most about your studies?
Initial uncertainty to 'getting a concept' is so satisfying and developing my learning so I can piece everything together, makes me really happy. This is very applicable to my subjects.
What do you plan to do in the future after RR6?
I plan to go to University, hopefully a degree in chemistry to potentially continue in research or work in industry.
